I’m still looking at trees and thinking about perspective. Early photographers placed a person or familiar object in the foreground for viewers back home—a picture of a man standing on sands amid the great pyramids comes to mind. Even so, true scale can hard to ascertain. How tall are these trees and the mountains rising above?
